  • Charge cards - often used to incorrectly describe credit cards, are cards that do not extend the user credit but instead require that the charges be paid in full each month in full.
  • Double walled storage tank - a tank constructed of two concentric tanks with a space between them to catch leaks from the inner tank and to give an interstitial space to accommodate leak detection sensors. Often used as gasoline underground storage tanks.
  • Gas theft - the removal of gasoline from a station without payment. Typically the thief will usually use some form of decoy to prevent nearby witnesses from noticing the lack of payment until they have left the station. Common decoys include pretending to press the wrong buttons after swiping the credit card, or having multiple people get gas at the same time with one paying for another person and the other running off with both cars.
  • Magnetic strip - on the back of a credit card, contains financial and account information about the account and the cardholder.
  • Gasoline or gas - a petroleum-derived liquid mixture consisting primarily of hydrocarbons, used as fuel in internal combustion engines. Often called petrol outside the U.S.
